Weird DVD2oneX problem - HELP!!

I have been burning my movies just fine and have now come across a problem with one while trying to compress it.

Everytime I go to compress this movie using DVD2oneX in Movie Only or Disk Copy mode I get the following alert.
"The logical block number does not match with the actual position in the file. Make sure you copy all files from the DVD to HD in file mode."

Is there something that I can do manually to fix this problem? The movie copied to my HD just like normal and everything was in fact copied. I just don't know why this certain movie keeps giving me an error.

I can compress everything but "title 1" manually. Which is a bit of a problem b/c that is the whole entire movie! :) If anyone has any suggestions pleeeaase let me know!
