Question, say i burn a movie, and that dvd-r has some errors when i play the movie, errors like skips and the picture gets blocky, could i use that same dvd-r with the movie, copy it to my comp and reburn it on a new dvd-r?? or do i need the orig dvd movie

You can not get a good copy from a bad one. You will need to copy again from the original disk or the ripped file stored on your hard drive
