Backing Up XBox Hard Disk - NOT Games

I have just purchased a new crystal Xbox and I do not want to mod it (please don?t stop reading there). What I want to know is if there is a way to transfer all of the info from my old Xbox (Live account, Content Downloads, Save Games & Ripped Music) by making an ftp connection via my PC?

The Xbox and PC are connected via a modem router.

I do not wish to mod the Xbox as I only really play Live games and don?t have enough time to play the few games that I buy. More games would not really be a benefit for me and I really do not want to jeopardise being able to play over Live.

I have a memory card which would solve the Live account and game saves (albeit slowly). But it would be great if I could transfer everything relatively quickly and I also like the idea of being able to ?back up? this data. Like I back up all my other crucial data (PC, mobile phone etc.).

I have a feeling that the answer is going to be a negative, but if you don't ask you don't get!
