CD loader with swap disc 3

Hi people,
its my first time here...

im using swap disc 3 and i realized that some games hang when loading. the guy who selled me says that i have to use cd loader and he sent the file.

I burned it and i do this:
insert swap disc cd
when the menu appears i use slide card to put the cd loader in,
then i press X to load program... and instead of working i get a red screen, then some blue and red stripes moving, and nothing happens...

what can be wrong?
