okay i am using comcast cable connection 2m/b and i am using a router but i have forward the ports and disabled the firewall what else can i do or use to make my speeds faster THX i am downloading at 5Kb/s

well.... it depends on many things.... but

i am on 512 adsl - i currently download at my max, which equals 56kbps - not great, but it does the job quite well ;D

hmmm don't - i repeat don't disable your firewall, just open ports in it
it also depends on the amount of seeders for your file
