Help can't burn 655mb converted home movie to dvd

I Keep Getting a messege when burning a 650mb file when converted 1.3 g application has requested the runtime to terminate it in a unusal way. contact the application support team for more info.This happens with a file of 650mb copied from a tape on wintv2000 and sent to file.Then Drag Files to nero visionexpress .All Systems go till the last 2 min or so then the messege.Will work find on cd-r as svcd and 20mb or so when burning to dvd.System is 1.7 g intel celeron 256mb ram 40 g hard drive Im Losing My Mind.
