Like the previous gut said this is redundant but I need to know.
1) I understand that dvd decrypter is the best to use but what about program such a Alcohol 120 or something which I have seen on numerous sites.
2) I need to be sure but are ps2 games with purple/blue on bottom the cd games while the silver games are the dvd games? I know this is probably stupid but i rarely play because games are so expensive,
3)I have a slide card and swap magic for cds and dvds.
4)So how do I know what games will need patches and fixes and if so do you burn them at the same time your doig the buring of the games or after, how does it work. How do I know which games require a fix?
Am all new to this and I just want to copy ps2 games.
i have a dvd burner and cd burner but my dvd burner is +R and +RW only not any kind of -R/-RW. Am I to understand you can onyl do the copying of dvd games onto -R dvds. How does it all work. Can you burn the ps2 games with silver bottom (dvd games) onto a cd? What software do I need?

2. yes, it also says right on the game if its cd or dvd

4. http://www.swapmagicfix.com most games listed only need cd loader, which is burnt to a separate disc and is only needed to be burnt once
5. +r will work if you have a newer ps2. look on the back or side of your ps2 and tell me what number is here: scph-#####
