HI guys,

If anyone can help...I just bought dazzle digital video creator today. No problem running the program. But I cannot get the signal (audio or video) to run from my vcr into the back of this usb on my laptop.

There is a scart coming out of the back of my vcr ending in the three composite pin cables going into the dazzle box and then out the other side with the usb cable.

I have rechecked all the cables are in the right place...set the video tape running..but nothing comes up in preview, video or sound. The best i could get was a faint hiss.

As far as i can see I have follwed all the instructions to the letter. Indeed, I was able to capture video clips from the hard drive so I feel it's something to do with the cable.

My heart is broken from trying to get this thing working right all day and night!

Any help would be appreciated!
