Smartripper demuxing/file splitting

Hi,
I am using Smartripper in command line mode to decrypt & rip VOBs from some TV episode DVDs to my HDD.

I am demuxing to separate audio, video and subtitle sgtreams. I am also splitting by vob-cell-id so that the titles/chapters are in different VOB/M2p files.

Most everything works fine. Problem is that file splitting by cell-id only splits video and not audio streams. Anybody know of a way or config setting or other tool to split both video and audio streams.
