Cloning X-Box Hard Drives?

Assuming one has a unlocked hard drive to start with, can a hardrive be cloned using either using Drive Image Pro or True Image?

I've got my set just the way I like it and don't relish the idea of having to rebuild because of hard drive crash... might want to migrate to a big drive as well.
