My Ps2 model number is SCPH 30003, so i take it that this is a version 3 PS2. Will the slide card still work on my machine, as I have heard that it may not work on some models (i think I might be completely wrong with this)?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

it should work, how many screws do you have on the bottom of it (8 or 10)?

There are six screws on the base, and four more on the underside of the wider part of the PS2 - alotgether 10 screws. Is this good or bad or what?

just checking if it was v3 or 4, its a 3. you shouldn't ahve a problem with the slide card, but i always recommend the fliptop instead.

I am going to buy a new PS2 and want to use the Magic Disc Swap. Should I be concerned about what version the PS2 is and does the Magic Disc Swap really work?
