I have a video that is listed as .avi, however, i am led to believe that it is a .ogm file or other because the subs are not burned into the video. I have to use dvobsub to play then back via WMA.

I tried using vdubmod to extract the subtitle stream but the stream doesn't show up. Does anybody have a clue how to extract the subtitle stream? thanks

After a little more searching, seems it is a .AVI file but the subtitles are selectable with dvobsub. i'm at a loss trying to figure out how to makes these permanent in the file. I don't want to use dvobsub to see the subtitles.
