What media is cheapest and best for use in i/o magic 16x burner

I own an i/o magic 16x dvd/cd +/- r/RW/ internal drive IDD16DVD.
What is best and the cheapest dvd R media to buy for the same? Where can I get them for really good deal?

Also, what is the difference between G04 and G05 media?

Probably the best budget media is branded Ritek Ridata dvd+r and dvd-r.
