Nero 6 DVD Write Error - Illegal Disc

I've followed the tutorial on converting a DVD-9 to fit on a DVD-R using DVD Decryptor and DVDClone. I successfully went through the tutorials with no errors using DVD Decryptor and DVDClone.

When I attempt to create a DVD with the Nero 6 and DVDClone I get about four minutes into the write and then get an 'illegal disc error' message. In that four minutes the buffer progress bar and overall progress bar doesn't update. The discs have been written to though.

I'm using a TDK 440N DVD +-RW recordable drive, it's been flashed with latest firmware and I'm using TDK DVD-R discs!

Is there any other reasons why I'd get this error message, I gave a feeling it isn't bad media!
