I live in the UK. Do you know anywhere where i can either;

>purchase a mod chip (pref dms or messiah)
>Purchase a pre modded ps2
>send my ps2 off to be modded

??? any help welcome. thanks.

A recent law was passed that actually out lawed modding in the UK. I'll try and post the article if I can find it on google. Just try and find some site that offers international shipping and pay the extra S&H costs...
