Good place to buy a flip top case

I am new to this and I am looking to buy a flip top case and swap magic disc set. I have looked at a bunch of sites. I noticed the some sites say other sites dont ship everythig to the customer. Such as cd tray cover, memery card slot covers expansion slot cover. I would like all of these items to be with my new case to make it simular to my origanal.

My other concern is I have found serval sites to identify my ps2 but am not sure which has the most reliable info.
I believe I have a v7 but I am not 100% sure.
Any help is apreciated.
