Downloading DVD X Copy

I downloaded DVD X Copy last year and loved it. A few months ago my computer crashed and I lost everything. I've had to slowly put all my software back on. I downloaded DVD X Copy electronically and so I have nothing to put it back on my computer. The company I bought it from is no longer in business, but on DVDXCopy.com I am still activaded. Is there any way to download the same software without having to pay for it again? I have the License ID and the Serial Number. Thanks for any help and info.
