Hi, great site. I need some help, I downloaded a movie in avi format from morpheus and I can't get it to play in dvix. All I get is a blank screen. I also tried it on my windows media player, but the w.m.p. gives me an illegal operation sign. Got any advice? Thanks.

The usual:

-uninstall DivX4
-install DivX 3.11 alpha
-install DivX 4.12 and when the installer asks you "do you want to play divx3 movies with divx4" answer "no"
-use windows mediaplayer 6.4, found from every windows -- click Start, select Run and type mplayer2.exe
