In attempting to install InCD (a backup program needs it to write to CDRW or DVD), first it asked me to uninstall Sonic Drive Letter Access. I did so, continued with the install, and I apparently need a serial number to proceed. Where do I get the sn and with Sonic Dla uninstalled , can I still burn/copy Cds. A confused novice here. Any help appreciated.
