Hey, i posted this a long time ago, but no one answered. I was hoping that you guys on the forum would know something... ANYWAYS,
I cannot play FullDVDs of Burnout 3, Naruto 2, or WWE SD vs RAW, but can play full dvds of things like GTA SA. I use a gameshark and CD Loader swap trick. After i boot up CD Loader and switch out for a high TOC DVD, i use GTA VC, then swap out to do the trick, the screen goes BLACK and the dvd sounds like it's still reading. I use Alcohol 120% to burn dvds and Memorex DVD-Rs as the media.
ps. i also tried DVD decryptor, doesn't help.
GTA vc has a toc of 4.19gb, raw vs sd is above that the others i don't know about.
But i guess that's the reason it will not boot.
Try using a bigger toc refresh
edit: Sorry , i was mistaken raw vs sd is 4.08 so it should boot.
Try different media then.
