ok i have downloaded winhiip
in order to play the games do i have to have a boot disc? if so wehre can i get it? can i download it off the internet and make a disc myself?
any help is appreciated thanks

winhiip is only 2 transfer games if ur hdd is connected 2 ur pc (take it out and connect it straigth to the pc) then run winhiip select the button that says select drive and ull c it there then press add and go on from there

WinHiip...one of the greatest things since sliced bread. Learn to use it man. If you hate loading times from your game disks, GTA for example, you can cut the loading time by playing it of your HDD. A LOT!

but do i have to have a disc to boot from? like do i still have to purchase HDLoader?

you CAN use the HDLoader DISK. BUT....if you search carefully on this forum you'll find out how to put HDLoader on your memory card instead using the disk. to do this you will at least need a GameShark to use as a BOOT disk. You will have to take your PS2 apart at least once to use the Gameshark and put HDloader on your memory card, but after that you should be able to put your PS2 back together and use HDLoader from your memory card perfectly. If you want some help figuring it all out, M5i4, and no one here will help you do it right, respond and i'll do my best to help you out. Trust me about one thing, playing your backups off your HDD is the way to go.

i have looked at cost and my amount of money and have come to the conclusion that i dont have enough money. but thnx for the help. i might ask come april or march when i have money agaian

you dont need anything but an original ps1 cd to use the mc exploit after you have the games on the hdd.

Hi, I've got a couple of games on my hd loader hdd,, and tried to get champions of norrath to work trough the pc,,,, but it did not work,,, first i did not get the hdd to work in my pc,,, and then i put it back in to my ps2 and now the hd loader says it has to format my hdd,,, wich ofcourse i don't want to do??????
please help me i am a n00b in this stuff

does anybody know if i can use winhiip to transfer games to my HD that are normally incompatible with HD Advnace 2.0??? that is, are the games incompatible with the HD Advance software while running them or converting them???
