hey guys i figured there would be info about this in the forums but after searching for "ps2 boot power board" and not getting what i'm looking for i started another thread.

my ps2 won't boot up. the reset light (red) is on but it won't boot up when i push it. how can i diagnose if it's the power board or the main board, without buying both of them and plugging them in?
