I need help with the hd loader memory card exploit

I have info on how to get this to work but when I go to CMC(dos) it will not let me open the folder that i havae created any info on making the hd loader work from a memory card would really help me out. This is the link I got the info on http://www.geocities.com/hdloadercard/ but please help me I'm only 16 and I am new to this kinda thing.
