hi everyone! im new to the site. ive been reading up trying to figure everything out but i have a question. everything works up until i go to burn the dvd. i want to burn my dvds with dvd decrypter because i cant figure out nero. but when i try to burn the dvd a message at the bottom says "device not ready - incompatible medium installed". what does this mean and how can i fix it? thank you so much!

sorry i forgot to mention that i have a stock dvd burner that came with my dell laptop. plz help!
