How to Convert Backups using HD Advance

I have HD Advance and read that it allows backups to be converted using a slide card or flip top. I have a slide card and sap magic discs....can anyone tell me how to I can use HD Advance to convert my backups?

I am able to transfer my backups using PC Handiness but I was just curious how to use HD Advance to do this?

HDLoader and backups:
Load hdloader, put in a high TOC dvd (DMC or GTA3) let hdl read it then select "convert" >disc will stop, slidecard for the desired backup and select ok to install it.

This should also work with hdadvance.
