*.bin and a *.cue file, no DVD-R .. am I stuck?

Is there any way I can use these without having a DVD burner, because I don't.
I am getting a movie for a friend and they want it really bad .. i didn't want to get the plain video filee because it was relatively small - i don't want bad quality.

I can see your desires for a good quality movie without large file size and a lack of a DVD burner. Did you china encountered this same problem and designed the VCD/SVCD movie making style. Unfortunatly that does sacrifice some quality but you get your movie on a cd-r. You should use ISObuster to crack open that bin and cue file to extract the actual VCD/SVCD files from there. Then burn the VCD/SVCD to disk.
