I am on a 2mb dsl and seem to be only to download at 12KB/s. Could some tell me what settings I should use in my download section to get faster speeds.

In connetions setion i have 256KB/s in both in and out addres

You have way too much upload, try around 20kbs when you're using the internet connection, and 30kbs when you're not. Also, programs such as Sharereaza require a few days of uploading before you get better speeds.

I would recommend eMule over Sharereaza though!
