How do I copy DVD movies with Roxio toast 6?

I have roxio toast 6 and when I try copying one of my DVDs, to a DVDr it tells me the disc isn't big enough to hold it? Am I missing a step? I have MAC OSX version 10.2 and I use ROxio Toast 6 titanium.

you need DVD2One X to get the file size down to 4.4g

You would be better off asking this question in the DVD Ripping with Mac forum.
