Just wondering if anyone has played DVD-Rs successfully on this player or any other Toshiba. Which media brand did you use?

I have tried several without success. The discs are good because they play fine in my Sony player. I know Toshibas are pretty picky. I called Toshiba and they said that the player didn't support DVD-R, but every compatibility list I've seen on the Internet says that it does. The reason I want to use my Toshiba is because the 2150 has the dual-disc tray, which is perfect for split DVDs. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
