cracked HDLoader in 7 rar files

I downloaded the cracked version of HDLoader and its in 7 rar files and each one has a .bin and .cue file in it. What do it do now and is there a certain way to burn it? or jus the default settings? Help me

Use WinRar and extract the file with the .rar extension. If no such file exists, extract the file with the lowest # extension, i.e. .01, etc. And that should be it for extraction.

For burning, use your favorite CD/DVD burner (I use Nero) and burn the .bin or use the .cue to burn.

I did that and burned it but HDLoader does not boot i nthe ps2

By any chance are you using any method of booting that cd that you made?? Such as a mod chip, flip-top, slide card or Swap Magic discs??
