Yes, HD Advance recognizes backups of games. HD Loader didnt. Thats what the main difference between the two programs are.

Let me give this a shot. You want to transfer a "copy" to your HD using the fliptop and HD Advance? If so....yes you can. If you use the fliptop or a chip, they both serve the same purpose. Have I cleared it up?
