I use internal dvdburner lg gsa-4160b in external 5.25 box connected to my notebook through firewire port. It burns great but when I'm trying to decrypt a dvd by DVD decrypter or Smartripper, after few minutes the dvd drive led stops blinking, buffer indicator turns to zero, the dvd drive doesn't change speed (still running) and DVD decrypter gets message: Waiting for device to become ready. Smartripper says: DVD rip is completed (but it's not). There are no scratches on media. I need to shut down the box and restart the computer, because it becomes frozen. Please help! Thank you.
