Nero burn process failed log

I recently built a new pc and i've just put my pioneer 107 in with a pioneer 108. Installed nero and tried a dvd copy. Every time i try a copy it gets to about 92% of the read then fails! Here is the log, any ideas would be most welcome, thanks ps. It happens with both drives and they're both set for dma

How is your recorder connected? You indicate that DMA is enabled, but the Nero Log file shows now ATAPI controller, and the DMA settings with a '?' mark next to them. This would all make me assume you have the drive connected as an external using USB or Firewire connections. IN which case DMA does not apply.

If you are using an internal IDE Controller, and these are connected as internal devices, then you need to address this issue first. Make sure you have the latest drivers for the IDE Controller, etc.

Also, in the log file it shows a Read Error on the source. So that could be a cause of the IDE Controller issues you may be having, or dust and/or scratches on the source disc. Test with another disc to see if that resolves the issue. Also make sure you have the latest firmware for your recorders.
