Ok so I downloaded the .iso it totaled up to about 4.19 Gigabytes I burned it onto a dvd-rw. Now how do I run it? There is no installation or run program. I know it is the game because I browsed through most of the folders and saw parts of the games like names of vehicles and all these other files. I just need help running it. HELP ME PLEASE! I WANT TO PLAY THE GAME!

you need a modded ps2 or xbox.

4.19 Gigabytes tells me that this is for a gaming console not pc.
