The Fuji is on the list of accepted media, unless Fuji and Fujifilm are different (which they probably are).
Any idea what this error means?
Let me know if you have any luck, animedvds...
Also, my error happens at the exact same time as yours. CloneDVD2 recognizes the media, it says it is erasing/preparing the disk or something like that, then as soon as it starts the write, it spits the disk out. Instantaneously, almost.

yes muddy thats "exactly" what happens to me as well..no luck though, i'm still trying to fix the prob. funny thing is that i have 2 movies saved to my hard drive that i am able to burn just fine within minutes but whenever i try to do it w/a new movie i can't i'm starting to think that perhaps it may have something to do w/the size of the movie and the settings.. on the Title Configuration screen at the bottom on the left hand side of where it saids quality there is a little box that is set to DVD-5 by default the other day i played w/the settings i went to custom and set it to 4463 and it did'nt burn but when i went back and changed it to DVD-5 (while the custom stayed at 4463) it gave me one of my 2 burns..i tried it again w/another movie but it did'nt work so i'm not sure yet what it is..i'll keep you updated if i find something

Hmmm. What format are the movies you have successfully burnt?
Also, are the disks that have been spit out this way ruined? Most of mine seem like they are still fine, but a couple the drive acts like it is trying to read, so I assume they are no good...
This is an expensive trial and error process!
Have you been able to use any other software to burn a DVD?

i've burned 2 dvd9's successfully..
as for the disks, yup they're ruined i suggest maybe getting a couple of RW's..
i've been trying other software but none of it has worked either so i don't know what the hell is preventing it from burning (i'm still trying)

It's not the software. Successfully backed up Chronicles of Riddick using AnyDVD 4.1.1.2 and CloneDVD2 2.5.3.3

Uh, I didn't know you were having problems, Flip218...
You are using the Mad Dog MD16XDVD9EXT?
I have now successfully burned a CD-R, the first I tried. Fast, too. 48x. But the point of the thing is DVD's!
:^(
This is the response I got from Mad Dog tech support. I haven't replied yet:
Are you able to burn CD-Rs? For burning DVD, we recommend you need to have the full version of Nero software.
