If you download a MPEG or MPG format video off the net can you burn that to a DVD to play on your PS2... how? What Format should you download if you want to burn that file to a DVD?

TMPGEnc will create a dvd video directory from MPEG files and then you can burn the directory created to a dvd-r using TMPGEnc writing tool.

You can download different video formats and then convert them to mpeg.
