Im hoping someone here can assist me. IM not sure If Im in the right forum but you guys seem to know the most about video. I have seen a lot of websites lately , where they have streaming video on thier site and the videos are in 16:9 ratio. It opens in my windows media player. what I am trying to do is capture video in windows media format and change the aspect to 16:9. I dont mean just putting the black bars on it. I mean really make it 16:9. Is there a program to convert it? A great example was about 10 days ago, on aol, they had a sneak trailer for the most recent star wars movie and it was in wide screen.

can anyone help me?
