How can I encode AVI (DivX) files that has 885 Kbps bitrate & 119.880 fps? Can someone help me? Please pm me or simply reply to this post.

I am wondering if anyone could help me out in encoding this AVI file to MPEG-2 to turn into a DVD later. I wish to combine this abnormal file with other normal AVI files (with 29.97fps). I guess I have to turn it from 100fps++ to 29.97fps. But the problem is that I don't know how to :(
