a bit more info would be nice, like what do you mean by cant play PAL? won't boot/black & white/scrolling, what are you booting them on PAL or NTSC ps2? is your ps2 modded ifso what type of mod? are these orignals or backups?

my pstwo is NSTC one,and can read the PAL backup games,but the screen is always jumping. it's modded.the chip is matrix infinity /w 1.38 firmware.
