Can someone tell me why if I record a event on TV then burn it to a dvd the frames/sec can go from 80 to 211. I noticed that when I record the first half of a game it will have a high number of frames/sec then if I put the 2nd half it might be half the frame/sec and it the same show and time. Each time I use Nero and all the setting are the same but the rates are sometimes very different.
