DVD Decrypter Problems

i've been backing up ps2 games and movies for almost 6 months now, using decrypter, shrink, and nero, thanks to the guides and posts on afterdawn. recently i have been unable to backup movies with nero or decrypter. the decrypter log file looks like this

I 17:59:09 Writing LeadIn...
I 17:59:38 Writing Image...
E 18:00:31 Failed to Write Sectors 98080 - 98095 - Invalid Field in CDB
I 18:00:32 Synchronising Cache...
E 18:00:32 Failed to Write Image!

i've tried backing up with nero and the individual video files, and shrink in iso mode with decrypter but can't burn that either.
if anyone has any ideas i'm game.

using xp, pentium 4, sony dru540, ritek g04 at 2x and 4x
