Duo2 install not working

We just installed a Duo2 onto a buddies PS2. When we reassembled the PS2 it just turned on and booted to a black screen and the eject didnt even work. What solder point do you think could be messed up.

the unit, its me,, i checked the mod chip soder points and there was a few points thad had the end of the wire sticking out through the soder, resodered them and now everything is kickin!!! but now my eject button will work, but when u press it again it wont load the disc!!! anyone know how to fix that? i heard this chip has a very werid sleep mode ,,, any help is apprecated! thanks
