I formatted my HDD and reinstalled WinAvi.

When i am converting the files over it gets to 100% then it freezes.I check to see what files it has done and it has only done the .vob and a file called .nav.
I've put the codecs on and they play fine on the Pc but when i try to convert them i get this problem.


Has anybody got any idea whats going on with it?
