free hdloader "Install Error" Failed to read TOC???

hello i have a modded ps2 and i've got the free hdloader from ps2owns in my hdd.

-when i try to install any originals like GTA vice city, MGS2, SilentHill2, FreedomFighter, etc it gives me this error message window:
"Install Error" Failed to read TOC

-and when i try to install backups it freezes after i enter the name of game.

i've successfully installed original street fighter ex3 and original tekken tag tournament with the free hdloader. i've noticed those two games are ps2 cdr format.

1) does anyone know or have a link to help my TOC problem??

2) i thought the free hdloader can install backups??
