I am trying to disassemble my PlayStation 2 version 9 console (SCPH-50001 3B). I haven't been able to find disassembly instructions for the v9 consoles, so I've had to follow disassembly instructions for older consoles (V5-V7). They're very similiar, but there are a few differences. I'm having trouble with this step: "Gently lift the entire power supply mainboard assembly up and out of the PS2 chassis, and disconnect the the wire harness connecting the power supply to the main power switch at the power supply mainboard."
I removed the 4 screws the secure the power supply mainboard already, but when I try to lift it out of the chassis it comes up a little bit, but there is a little white tab that is securely conected that disallows me to remove it. I've gave it a few good tugs, but I do not want to break it and be screwed. Below are a few pictures of the power supply mainboard, and in the first one I circled the little tab I'm talking about that is keeping me from removing it in the first photo.
If anyone has had this problem, or knows someone who has, or how to fix it, etc your help would be greatly appreciated!
This little red tab I circled is mounted to something underneath the power supply mainboard I think, and it is not allowing me to remove the board from the chassis.
Thanks in advance for any support.

all that go into the bit you marked are the 4 pins that supply power to the mainboard and they should just pull out

Alright thanks for your help. I see the four pins inside of it, what do you recommend using? Right now I'm trying to get them out with a needle nosed pliars, but those little suckers are small and hard to get a grip on. Do you know of a better tool for this operation doctor?

the power board should pull up and leave the pins on the mainboard, the pins don't pull out

Alright, I have a semi-understanding of what you are telling me, but I'm still not 100%. Are you saying that I should just pull up on that white tab with pliars?

the power supply should just come off with out the 4 pins with a little elbow grease. Try grabbing the power supply and just pulling the 4 pins stay put. By the way I have a V9 too
