What ps1 games will work for exploit?

I have searched all over for some info regarding the ps1 memory card exploit and which ps1 games will work. I need only the NTSC format games. I have used several sampler psx games but none of them will trigger the exploit. I have the files loaded on my memory card but I just can't find the right trigger disc. Any help would be much appreciated!
