I want to know on how to perform the following operations in Nero.

1. How to disable video preview while capturing video in Nero Vision Express

2. How to disable DVD menu while burning the DVD using Nero vision express. When I capture, edit and then click next, it automatically takes me to a DVD menu section. There is no way to choose not to add the DVD menu. I just want to start video when I pop in the DVD into my DVD player.

3. I captured a video in Mpeg2 using ADS Tech DVD Xpress device. I wanted to write it to a DVD. I used Nero vision express to import the mpeg and then burn to DVD but it says "transcoding" the mpeg file before writing. Does it mean it is re-encoding it? This mpeg2 file doesn't need re-encoding again because I didn't add any transitions/effects.
I guess transcoding again would deteriorate the video quality.
To workaround this problem, I tried using Nero Burning ROM but when I selected DVD-video project, it shows me Video_TS and audio_TS folders. When I drag MPEG2 video into Video_TS, it complains that it is not a supported type.
