Hi, would appreciate help on codecs, on tv capturing

I use NeroVision Express 3 and Hauppauge WinTV card

Would appreciate advises on the video and audio compressor (as listed in nero vision)

My pc is relatively new and the (few) video compressors nero lists now are:

cinepack codec by radius
Intel 4:2:0 video V2.50
Intel Indeo(R) Video R3.2
Intel IYUV codec
Microsoft RLE
Microsoft Video 1

Audio codecs:
Windows Media Audio V2
Windows Media Audio V1
PCM
MP3
Microsoft G.723.1
Microsoft ADPCM
IMA ADPCM
GSM 6.10
DSP True Speech
CCIT u-Law & A-Law

I don't want to use a codec pack but I prefer minimum sound quality (mono) and average picture quality
e.g. AVI (about 380 * 280 pixels)

Also is nero vision 3 better than WinTV2000 in capturing
