Help with Clone DVD - not writing files to hard drive

I am experiencing problems when trying to burn a dvd. The program goes through the motions of burning to a temporary file but when i come to the burn option i get the following error message come up.
Scheduler OE:/VIDEO_TS directory not found TCE.
What appears to be happenong is that the dvd filess are not being written to my external hard drive.
Has anybody experienced the same problem or do they have a solution to the problem
