I have a HL-DT-ST DVD RAM BMA-4020B DVD burner (copied from my device manager). It came with my Gateway Computer. I use Roxio Easy CD Creator (It also came with my computer) and DVD Cloner for my software. The only media that I seem to be able to use with it is DVD-R 2x which works fine. I've tried other media that is supposed to burn "up to" 4, 8, etc. including 2x, but burning always fails. The problem is that I'm having more and more difficulty finding these disks, and have been told that I won't be able to find them at all as time goes on. Please help? I'm not computer-literate, but can usually muddle thru instructions.
